HOW WE WORK
When you first enquire with at FFS Fitness, we like to talk over a bit about your background, what you’re trying to achieve and how we’re going to help you get there!
If you’re interested in group sessions we make sure we get your down for a free trial session first, so you can experience how we work. If its Personal Training we can have a consultation so we can talk about where you want to be/ what you want to achieve and then how are going to help you with that journey. We like to be as clear and straight to the point with you so you understand what it’s going to take to reach your goals. We will stay committed to you as long as you do to us, to help you progress as long as you’re with us!
