Park / Group Sessions
The park / group sessions with FFS is the social, cost effective way of training. I want to make sure the members get at least 2/3 sessions per week to get the most out of their memberships.
The training we do is broke up into phases which change every few months, but don’t worry you’ll see a change in the exercises / session each week to keep you engaged. Each phase of training works on different areas of fitness, so we can keep testing and challenging you to make sure we’re progressing in as many areas as possible.
We train in all weathers and seasons with various bit of kit, which keeps things interesting!
